An author must pay a full, regular registration fee before 24th November, 2018.

Fully paid regular paper will automatically join the paper competition (已付全费的文章会自动进入比赛).
Members of supporting orgnizations will receive the same discount as members of IEEE.

Accepted Regular Papers will be sent to IEEE for application of indexing.
One Regular Paper fee is allowed to submit 2 papers, or 1 paper + 1 PPT, or 2 PPTs.
Otherwise, additional Regular Paper fee will be charged.（支付Regular Paper已付全费的每位作者允许提交2篇论文, 或者 1篇论文+ 1幻灯片, 或者 2 篇论文+ 1幻灯片。 如果超过，则要另外补交Regular Paper费用）
Each author paying a Regular PPT fee is allowed to submit 2 PPTs.
All PPTs will not be sent for application of indexing and will not be published online. PPT will make presentation in the conference. （幻灯片不会被检索，也不会在网上出版，只用于在大会上作报告）
Authors paying student tickets will be asked to produce the corresponding student ID card.（学生票必须提供相应的学生证）
