Introduction (会议介绍)
NCAA is an annual international neural computing conference, which showcases state-of-the-art R&D activities in neural computing systems and their industrial and engineering applications. It provides a forum for technical presentations and discussions among neural computing researchers, developers and users from academia, business and industry.
The 2022 NCAA will be held in Jinan, China on July 8-10, 2022. China, a country which has a long history of 5000 years, is the perfect venue for addressing contemporary neural computing issues as new AI-related technical trends have been arising out of China’s top-notch IT infrastructure and cultural dynamicity. Jinan, alternately romanized as Tsinan, is the capital of Shandong province in Eastern China. With a population of 9.2 million (including Laiwu), it is the second-largest city in Shandong after Qingdao. The area of present-day Jinan has played an important role in the history of the region from the earliest beginnings of civilization and has evolved into a major national administrative, economic, and transportation hub. The city has held sub-provincial administrative status since 1994. Jinan is often called the “Spring City” for its famous 72 artesian springs.
神经计算与与应用国际会议（NCAA）是每年一度的国际神经计算和人工智能领域盛会，由Springer、哈工大（深圳）、重庆大学、合肥工业大学、华南师范大学联合发起。NCAA的主题为“让研究更实用”，专注于促进神经计算前沿理论与重大工业应用的学术讨论和产业对接，为广大研究者、产品开发者及相关行业用户提供高端技术讨论与产品展示平台已成为国内外最具影响力学术会议之一。受到各高校及企业同的广泛关注和支持（往年相关媒体报道：新华网, 南方网, 网易新闻, 今日头条），NCAA公众号关注人数超2000人，NCAA公益讲座已成功举办多期累计听众上万名。NCAA2022将于2022年07月08日至10日在中国济南举行，将由济南大学承办。
NCAA2022会议聚焦以下10个方向的最新成果：神经网络理论、认知科学、神经系统硬件实现及相关应用；机器学习、数据挖掘、数据安全与隐私保护及相关应用；计算智能、自然启发优化及相关应用；云/雾/边缘计算、物/车联网及相关应用；控制系统、网络同步、系统集成及相关智能应用模糊逻辑、神经模糊系统、决策及在管理科学的应用；计算机视觉、图像处理及相关应用；自然语言处理、机器翻译、知识图谱及相关应用；故障诊断、预测与健康管理；传播动力学、COVID19智能预测技术等。

There are multiple options for the sponsors of NCAA 2022:
Primary Sponsor: ￥ 100,000 RMB or 15,000 USD (Only one position for bidding)

◇ Standard Sponsors Promotion Package (Refer to the notes below);
◇ Especially, the brand and info of Primary Sponsor will be on the primary position in all the promotions.
Diamond Sponsor: ￥ 60,000 RMB or 10,000 USD.
◇ Full registration of NCAA 2022 for 3 persons to participate in the conference;
◇ Standard Exhibition Booth (2m * 2m) for innovation and technical expo;
◇ Standard Sponsors Promotion Package (Refer to the notes below).
Platinum Sponsor: ￥ 30,000 RMB or 5,000 USD.
